Since 1962, our kitchen has always cared for natural local products which come straight from the island, such as the fresh ricotta, the primo sale cheese and the vegetables caponata.

These dishes will introduce you to a journey that ranges from the fresh home-made tagliatelle, to the lava-stone grilled meats and fish, and which will end with a selection of iconic desserts with a modern twist.

Our complete wine list features wines which are made exclusively in Sicily, and are less formal than the usual in order to let our customers discover and taste new and quality products.

Funaro, Terrazze dell’Etna, and Feudo Santa Teresa are only some of the wineries featured on our list since several years and that together with the Malvasia delle Lipari DOC will help enjoy our dishes at their best.

The Vulcano Piano antipasto:

With fresh ricotta, Vulcano “primo sale” cheese, bruschetta, vegetables caponata, couscous arancino, sweet and sour pumpkin, daily special frittata, vegetable couscous, Sicilian panelle.



Fresh home-made Maria Tindara tagliatelle: fried aubergine, basil, tomato (mild)

Vulcanara, with a red pesto, garlic, basil, and chilli

Eoliana, with fresh fish, cherry tomatoes, capers, and fresh fennel.


Meat:


Chargrilled lamb

Diavola chicken leg quarter (cooked “under a brick”)

Meat rolls

Sweet and sour rabbit (available on request)

Pane cunzato fish fillet, with croutons, capers, and tomato
