Since 1962, the Maria Tindara restaurant has been committed to putting dishes on the table that express the identity of the Aeolian food and wine culture, offering the best quality products. In fact, from the beginning, particular attention was paid to the use of km 0 products, fresh and organic raw materials capable of enhancing and telling the story of this territory.
Each course will be a combination between tradition and creative cuisine: from fresh ricotta to vegetable caponata, from homemade tagliatelle, to grilled meat and fresh fish cooked on a lava stone grill, to conclude with an offer of typical desserts, revisited in a modern key.
